Opdrachtomschrijving: The company (35 employees) is based in Dubai and is the perfect one-stop-shop for modern parents who want to provide their children with a fun, safe, trendy and comfortable environment to grow up in. The company is exploits a retail concept via the web and stores. The stores stocks more than 55 mainly Western quality brands ranging from colorful strollers to super safe car seats, fashionable furniture with a sheer endless choice of interior design accessories and several hip and funky clothing labels for babies, young children and mothers-to-be. Since the opening of the online eCommerce activities of the enterprise, the company has grown tremendously. Because of the ambition to expand further via franchising the company is looking for a business minded intern. Kerntaken: The enterprise has the ambition to extend their activities by setting up a franchise concept. In this context they are looking for an intern. You are occupied with the daily business of the enterprise and work on a marketing & sales assignment. The intention of the internship is to establish growth of the number of stores by creating an appealing franchising concept. That means you will be responsible for the creation of a franchise manual and supporting marketing material, meant to communicate the retail concept to potential franchise partners. Key tasks may include =: Help with setting up a franchise manual =: Write a Plan of approach, set sales strategy =: Market analyses and market inventories (like SWOT) =: Analyses and process research =: Find/identify new target groups for our franchise concept. =: Help management of our existing stores =: Assisting with the opening of new franchise stores. =: Upkeep and extend client- and partner relations. =: Cooperate in the daily routine =: Other similar activities Vereisten: =: Fluent in English and preferably western European =: Studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or comparable studies =: You are ambitious, dynamic, pro active, hands on, have no 9-5 mentality, creative, enterprising and decisive =: You have an enterprising business minded spirit, affinities with marketing, research & sales =: You are open, flexible and very motivated Overige Informatie: The company is managed by a management team of 4 with Dutch origins.
